Tai Chi For Balance
A Harvard Medical School publication stated there is growing evidence that Tai Chi
exercise has value in treating or preventing many health problems, including balance,
stress and decreasing falls.
Classes held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30pm with first class FREE.
Twelve class punch card can be purchased for $40. Classes taught by
Licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Tai Chi Instructor, Kris Lausterer,
PT, DPT, MHS, OCS.
